Move new files but wait

Hi!

I'm using Hazel 5 on 11.0.1.

Problem: I want to move new files ("Kind is Movie") from a directory to another. Caveat: The tool creating these files needs these files and probably is going to delete them because it's a temporary file anyway.

Is it possible to move a file but only if the tool is not running (maybe looking for a running process)?

Right now i added "Date added is not in the last 1 minutes" but this fails when the tool needs longer than a minute to finish. On the other hand i want these files moved as soon as possible.

You'll probably need to use a script in a rule condition.
