Hi.

I have a download-folder, in this. There are several folders that each has a rar-archive in them.
I want to automatically have new downloads unarchived.

I tried to do this, but all i managed was that hazel tried to unrar my folders and not its content.

What i would like to do is:
Look for folders created within 1 hour.
If the folders has content that has extension r01
Then open that file with default program.

How do i make this happend?



This is how i tried, but didn´t work:
if
Kind is Folder
Created 1 hour
then
run rules on folder contents
unarchive file

Result was again, that it tried to unrar my folders.

You are telling Hazel to unbar the folders. Please see the sticky article article about subfolders. You need to create a separate rule to unarchive the files.
