Problem under Catalina: Trash and system preferences freese

Hi, I downloaded Catalina a few days ago and since experience some issues with Hazel:
First, it seems not longer possible to move files to trash, as the "Trash" Folder does not longer exist (for Hazel).
Second, and this bothers me more: Every time I open Hazel, the system preference window freezes after some clicks and I have to restart my Mac. As the system preferences are open and obviously somehow running, this can only be done by holding the start-button and doing a dirty restart of the machine.
Is there any workaround for this (probably known) problem?
Thank you!

I can replicate the problem: Open Hazel -> Open rule (no working, because of trash issue) -> Try to edit rule, (Move to trash -> search for trash folder wich is not to be found) -> Press "Cancel" and then "Discard changes" -> Here we are, Settings are frozen.

Is it only rules with the trash or does it freeze in other cases?
