To use OCR feature and/or similar tech that reads doc and/or metadata - My first concern is to verify the validity and reliability of what Hazel can read from my docs. I´m good enough well versed in how many smaller issues that can arise from setting up rules to read docs - in order to apply actions based on what docs contain. If I can get a sense of how well Hazel reads my docs I can more effectively create rules.

I´m thus asking for advice on how to setup rules to make Hazel print and/or create doc for me to validate the available metdata and OCR text from my files.

Can anyone advice me how to proceed with this?

You can use the preview function to see the text as Hazel does. You can also open the file up in the Preview app. Hazel uses the same engine as Preview so it sees the text as Preview does.
