I have the option turned on to empty the trash after 1 hour.
hazelhelper has full disk access.
I have rebooted and restarted Hazel.

Please assist.

Remember that Hazel does not empty the trash so much as remove files on a rolling basis. Can you give an example of a file that isn't being deleted but should be?
