Color tag monitored folders Thu Jun 04, 2020 8:11 am • by rleaver152
To keep track of which folders Hazel is monitoring, I manually tend to add a blue tag when I set rules up so I know that a particular folder is being actively addressed.

Is there an efficient way to do this and ideally as a global setting for Hazel? Taking it further forward, one could imagine the tag being changed if you paused the monitoring for that folder and even removed if you deleted the Hazel monitoring for it.

Why? because sometimes I delete a folder which I've set rules up for in the past because its not obvious I'm using it as an active folder and it might be empty for a few weeks.

There is the folder list in Hazel itself to show you which folders are active. Not sure if this makes sense as a general feature.
