OCR with Adobe Acrobat

I have Adobe Acrobat as my preferred PDF tool on my Mac running Catalina. In the past I have used PDFPen and PDFPenPro to automate OCR in a folder using Hazel. However, for work reasons, I am now fully invested in the Adobe-verse.
I am completely ignorant in AppleScript but was hoping that someone may have some insight into how I might use AppleScript to automate OCR within Acrobat. It has a Action Wizard that someone else had suggested scripting with but that doesn't seem to work on my current version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
If this doesn't work, I will likely investigate Keyboard Maestro as an option.
