Run rule when containing folder is not modified in last ...

Hi guys

I am going around in circles trying to create a rule that only runs when the containing folder has not seen any activity for the last X minutes.

Can anyone please let me know what condition would i have to write

I had the same problem that the files/folders are moved to fast (before that they all in the subfolder)
For make a delay before the move:


the condition is:
If "all" of the following conditions are met
Any File
"Date Added" is not in the last "X" minutes (change X by number)

Do the following:
"Move file" to folder "Y" (change Y to your target folder)

Thats so simple and effective. I love learning new things about Hazel but you can certainly go around in circles trying to figure stuff out.
