Every week I open the same few applications (Word, Numbers, ProPresentor) and make the same kind of files (the only difference being dates and titles but same tags, same location destinations, etc) every Monday and Thursday. There's got to be a way for Hazel to automate this process? Does anyone have any idea how to do so?

There isn't an action to create files but you might be able to write an AppleScript to do that. Otherwise, you can create the files manually and have Hazel add the tags.
