general ftp problems

Hello,

i am having trouble when setup a new server for ftp. I've done this two times and needed very much tries to make it work.

But I didn't have to change some data in the connect form. I just entered it again and again and after some time (or days) it worked. That's very strage to me because there isn't much magic about connecting via ftp.

Now I want to setup a third connection and I get crazy. Everytime I get:

"The folder "/" could not be accessed. The operation couldn't be completed. (NSURL.ErrorDomain error-1012.)"

I also found that the input field for the server accepts multiple lines. So I made sure that all data is just one line with nothing in front or behind.

Am I the only one who has this problems? I use Hazel on three Macs and expect this problem on all of them.

I'm not sure if I'm following. Can you email in to support with a screenshot of the connection settings?

I have the same issue with mine as well. I tried SFTP and FTP both ended up with same error.
