Why does the hazel log indicate it's trying to run a rule that does not exist? I don't have firefox or flock installed on this computer.

This is already fixed in 3.0 but the issue is that Hazel tries to load in the preferences for different browsers up front. I would ignore those errors if you aren't using those browsers.
