I have a rule that has stopped working. It checks whether a file was downloaded from a file-sharing service and labels it accordingly. Subsequent rules handle filing.

NOTE: for clarity I have moved the rule and some sample files to a separate folder.

The "Kind" ... rules don't match anymore. If I remove them and just use the "Extension" rules (urgh...) files are matched again.

I think I've identified the issue here. If it's urgent or you want to test, email in to support. I should have a test build ready later today.

Otherwise, I anticipate I'll have a patch out early next week, preferable Monday, before Christmas Eve.

Was this patch released? I just updated from 4.4.3 to 4.4.4 and I'm still running into this issue. Examples using preview on a file downloaded from downloads.gigabyte.us

Just realized the image is truncated. If you open it in a new tab, you see the whole thing.

Can you select the file in Finder and do "Get info"? Check what the "Where froms" is there.
