Unable to load H4.4 on Mojave 10.14.6

Running Mojave 10.14.6. Downloaded H 4.4. On loading got "Preferences Error, Could not load Hazel preference pane." Threw away Noodle soft .plists and removed H Preference Pane then reloaded. No joy.:

Do not throw away the plists. In general, do not uninstall or throw away any configuration files.
Can you try rebooting and seeing if the problem persists after that? If so, then launch Console, enter "legacyLoader" (without the quotes) into the search field and send me any messages that show up when you load up the pref pane.
