Contains AND Does Not Contain

I have a rule that somehow is not working.

[Current Rule]
Name contains Noodlesoft
Name does not contain email
Match All

[Desired Result] all files that name contains Noodlesoft, but does not contain email....I have a move command at the end.

This does not do anything. If I remove the second parameter, the rule works.

Any thoughts would be great.

Try the rule preview function as that should give you a bit more insight into what's happening.

The preview function tells me that the Rule Matches. However it doesn't move the file per the rule.
