Problem Uploading Folder With Subfolders

I have a folder set up with two subfolders inside. I'm trying to create a rule that uploads new files when I drop them in, preserving the folder structure. When I preview the rules against a file it passes, but it's never uploading the files or giving me the notification. I'm guessing I have something configured incorrectly but I've been trying to figure out what it is for an hour and am not getting anywhere. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you read the chapter on Subfolders? If not, then I advise you do as it shows why this type of rule is incorrect and shows the correct way of doing it.

If only there was a way you could have provided link to said chapter...

There are search fields both on the support page and in the in-app manual. I suggest trying that. I find that users that figure that out are more likely to find other answers on their own.
