Could not determine source folder with identifier...

I'm having a couple problems that I'm hoping to get some help on. I just installed Hazel on a clean install of Lion. I'm trying to create a rule for my desktop folder, and this is what I'm seeing in the logs.

2011-08-13 11:36:11.890 (null)[0] No folders found for identifier: 234881026-375178
2011-08-13 11:36:11.890 hazelfolderwatch[44728] Could not determine source folder with identifier: 234881026-375178

I even removed the folder and recreated it in Hazel. Same thing. Any ideas why this isn't working? Is it synching settings from MobileMe Preferences Sync? I also have Hazel installed on my laptop and have noticed rules will randomly disappear.

Oh, you shouldn't sync preferences with Hazel. Some of those are machine-specific and won't make sense when synced. I'm guessing that's what's causing the problems.
