File Deletion - based on same file in multiple folders

Hello all

Ok .... trying to keep my world tidy, I have the following problem

I use Hazel to put files into a watch folder for a program that looks for errors in the file (Baton)
Baton will place the file in one of two folders ... ( Good Folder and Bad Folder) based on the result of the check.

It there is a file in either the Good or Bad folder that means that Baton has processed the file in question.

Now ....

How do I delete the original file (that's in a completely different folder. (the watch folder) if the same file is present in either the Good or Bad folder ?

Kind regards Nils

So Baton will copy the file, not move it? Where are the Good/Bad folders in relation to the original?
