Rename with month number - pdf contains only has month name

Is there an efficient way to rename a file with a date where a pdf only contains the month name?
That is to say, the document contains Marzo 13 and I want to rename the file 2019-03-13.
By now I am a dab hand and parsing dates and renaming files but in this case I can't say a way without making 12 separate rules, which just feels wrong.
