Hi,

I have a job that runs multiple rules in a source folder and at the end moves the file to a result folder, unfortunately the result folder was offline and the file did not move but Hazel thinks its processed the files.

Is there a way to clear down the database or log so that Hazel will re-scan the files again fresh?

Note: I have noticed that if i create a folder on my desktop and move the files out and then back into the source folder Hazel re-scans the files again.

Thanks in advance

Hazel should fail in that case and do a re-try. Do you have logs showing when this happened?

If you do a manual run ("Run rules now"), that will force rules to run on files even if they were already successfully run.
