Hi All,

I have a series of rules that are executed when a scanned OCR'd document hits a folder on Dropbox (ScanSnap). If rule(s) are matched, Docs are moved and filed into a directory set by the particular rule match.

My question is.

Is there a way say either daily or once a week that I can get an alert or something to let me know that there are files sitting in in the waiting to be filed folder that has not been filed due to either an error or no rule matched?

I was thinking -
- If match is NOT this week then Alert X

WIll that do it?

You can use the rule status (the eye button) to check on the state of files. If processed files are always moved out of the folder, then you can do "date added is not in the last week" for files that are still there after a week.
