Watching a folder with subfolders, and copying new files

New here and new to Hazel. I'm trying to set it up so that I can copy new media added to my media folder, that contains subfolders. Basically I want to have a mirror of my media folder and everything it contains always up to date and backed up to another drive.
The rule I have set (which is obviously not correct) looks like this:

If (all) of the following conditions are met:

Any File

Do the following to the matched file or folder
-----
Copy to folder Videos
Run rules on folder contents
