What you showed me is what it looks like when Hazel starts up. The rule status UI is a sheet that lists all the files in the folder. From there, you would click on an "i" button for the file to list all the file's attributes.

I have started Hazel 4 days ago. There are files in the folder. The UI of the rule does not lis those files.
I have manually created a file now and it shows up.

https://send.firefox.com/download/d53f8 ... z7dEKpdrDA

That file should have been processed by hazel for the last 2 hhours. no idea why it hasn't.

The file is matching the "download" rule. Not sure if that is the intended rule. If it isn't, then you need to re-order or re-structure your rules.

It is the rule and the rule ends in moving the file to trash.
It basically didn't process the folder in the last 2 hours (according to hazel logs) and the file was just sitting idle around.

logs around the time it was created:

2019-04-10 13:24:01.300 hazelworker[46161] Processing folder yt
2019-04-10 13:24:03.463 hazelworker[46161] Done processing folder yt

did not match the file and then ignored the file for the next 2 hours.

Please turn on debug mode as described here: https://www.noodlesoft.com/kb/hazel-debug-mode/

Also, are you using "Contents contain" or "Contents contain match"?
