Hi,

I am trying to figure out why an application, Luminar 3, is not having it's support files swept. I have both App Sweep and multi-user sweep enabled. The log shows me this when I drag the app to the trash:

Pull it out of the trash. Wait a few minutes, then throw it away again. Send/post the logs.

Thanks for suggestion, Mr_Noodle. Once the log level was increased, I was told that Luminar was not fully uninstalled. Apparently the Installer program, which was in my Downloads folder, is considered part of the package. I Trashed the installer, then re-Trashed the app and I got the sweep info!

Odd, that should be considered separate but maybe the installer program is badly formed, using the same identifier that the main app does.
