Hi,

I've been using Hazel for ages with no real problems but recently it's been crashing. After a few days running, all hazel processes terminate without warning. Quite often it'll be a few more days till I notice that the sweeping brush has vanished from the menu bar. Nothing in the logs, even with all DEBUG options turned on, but there are a couple of .crash files, one including this

Application Specific Information:
*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidReceivePortException', reason: 'connection went invalid while waiting for a reply because a mach port died'
terminating with uncaught exception of type NSException
abort() called



Any suggestions what to do next?

Can you email in the full crash reports? Click on the "Contact Support" button in Hazel's "Info" pane and attach them there.
