Is it possible to 'get' the folder name and add it to Spotlight comments for every file added to it?

For example, I have a folder called Woodworking that I would like to add that word as a Spotlight comment when I add a new file to the folder.

Additionally, it would be great if within the folder there are other folders (Desks, Tools, etc.) that would also have that characteristic so that a file added to Desks would have both comment words, Woodworking and Desks.

There's no way to do that now. You would need to write a script for this type of thing.
