Delay Running Hazel by Mins/Hrs (not days)

I'm working on building a work-flow using Hazel (amazing app, btw!). My goal is to scan in documents to one folder. Then have hazel search the folder and start ocring the documents; moving the OCRd documents to another location.

The problem is that my scan process requires that I save/name the file. Hazel is so fast that she is grabbing and working on files before I can finish naming them. I was hoping to add some logic to the conditions so that Hazel won't work on a document until it is X minutes/hours old.

The problem is I can only seem to add x DATE - such as "IS NOT TODAY". I really don't want to do this. I want my work flows to happen while I'm working, but I'm very fine with waiting XX minutes or 1 hour before the second step executes.

There seems to be a lot of chatter about delaying rules - but I can't seem to find the Minutes or Hours delay.

Could someone assist? Is it possible?

Thank you in advance.

Try "Date is not in the last X minutes".
