Store Hazel rules on Dropbox

Is it possible to have Hazel on two Macs that use a rules set that is stored on DropBox?

This is definitely not recommended. There are machine-specific references in the rules that can't be shared across machines. When you export the rules, these machine-specific references are made generic then made machine-specific again when you import them.

As for syncing rules in general, unfortunately this is on the backburner. It's a complicated problem (if you search around, some developers have been working on their sync for a year or so and they have multiple programmers on their team). Also, not sure how much I can reveal because of NDA reasons but let's just say I am also looking to see how things stabilize on Apple's front.
