Local folder listed as off-line

I just created a rule to monitor a local folder, but Hazel is saying the folder is off-line (it's not). What would make it think the folder is off-line and how do I get it to see it as online? The log says "Attempted to run worker on undeployed folder." (All my other rules for other folders are working fine. I have Hazel 4.3.3) Thanks.

When you hover over the folder in Hazel, does the path shown agree with where the folder actually resides? How about if you right-click it and do "Show in Finder"?

The path appeared to be correct, but the "Show in Finder" did nothing. I added the folder again (I believe I did it the same way as the first time) and copied the rules from the first one to this new one. The new one works. Don't know what I did differently. Thanks!
