I'm trying to tag every folder within the monitored folder orange.

The folder hierarchy is
Monitored Folder
-- Folder A
---- A.txt
---- Sub Folder B
-------- B.txt

I have 2 Rules.
1: Run rules on folder contents
if any
kind is folder
Run rules on folder contents

2: Tag All folders Orange
if any
kind is folder
Add tags Orange

These rules do not tag anything.

I have read the going into subfolders help page and watched numerous youtube videos but I am still at a loss to figure out this seemingly simple task. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the rule status UI. It should show that all folders match the first rule. You'll need to reorder your rules to get the effect you want.
