If a file hasn’t changed in, say, 5 minutes

This seems like something easy but I must be missing it.

A) How do I tell Hazel: "ignore files in this directory until they haven't been modified (size increase, specifically), in 5 minutes"?

Is there a way to do that?

B) relates to A… is there a way to tell if Audio Hijack is still "using" a file, and only act on it if it is no longer "in use"?

Thanks!

TJ

You can try "date last modified is not in the last 5 minutes". Not sure Audio Hijack leaves any indicators that it's writing to a file. You can test it without checking the date last modified to see if Hazel works in that case.

Excellent. That worked perfectly. I was definitely over-thinking that one!
