Service for Writing Hazel Rules?

Is there a service or someone that I can just tell what I want Hazel to do, and then pay them to write the rules for me?
I bought hazel and Mac Sparkys field guide and I am pretty much still lost. I was hoping for an easy way to file my documents based off the tags I gave them. Apparently, that is not a thing. At least if it is I cant figure it out.
