can't figure this out.. please assist...

Sorry (could be an idiot) but I think I have tried everything and I just can't seem to get it right.
I have an application called iFlicks it tags & encodes videos.
I want hazel to send any & only .mkv, .avi, & .mp4 files to iflicks and iflicks will tag and encode.
Could you assist me in setting this up?
