Lost all my rules - restore didn't work

I'm bereft. Lost them after doing the upgrade.. Didn't really pay attention. AM NOT on Mojave.

Carefully followed the restore directions found. My Hazel is still without all it's rules. I must have 25 or so.

I'll try it one more time.
