Search for keywords in PDF?

Hi everybody, hope you are doing great!
I have a (pretty simple?) question about values and keywords...
If I want to read the content of a PDF and want to save some keywords for later file renaming, can I do that somehow?
Let's say I have an invoice and want to get the word "invoice", the date and several keywords (the vendors) to change the filename.
I could do it with a match any and then simply list all the vendors, but this would become a problem.
Since I search for a date, basically every document would match that rule...
So I need something like this:
Match all:
Content has Date
Content has "Invoice"
Match any:
Content has vendor1
Content has vendor2
...
Or is there a way to do that over a filter in the rename function?
I found keywords in other (which is broken in the dark mode for Mojave btw.) and I can not figure out, how to use it and if that's really what I'm searching for...
Any ideas or nods in the right direction?
Thanks a lot in advance!
