Extracting names in letters for renaming purposes?

I have a number of letters that I scan and would like to be able to rename using a Hazel rule that will rename it to: "20130613 - Letter to _________.pdf". My letters have an address line in them and I was wondering if there was an easy way to have Hazel find the name at the beginning of the address and use the name in the filename. Any thoughts?

Are you using version 3.1 or later? Search the help for match patterns as you can now use those to match the contents of files.
