Scan multiple pages to PDF and upload to Evernote

I have a Hazel rule that watches my scan folder, renames and uploads to Evernote.

The problem I have is that if I am scanning multiple pages into one document Hazel sees the first page as a PDF and uploads before I can scan the next page(s). How do I get Hazel to wait until the scan job is complete before uploading?

Are we talking pages in the same file? If so, I suggest adding a condition like "Date modified is not in the last X minutes" to delay processing.
