Installation Problem

I have downloaded the Hazel DMG twice and attempted to install following the onscreen instructions, but it is not happening. I checked my Library/Preference Panes and Hazel not listed. Any suggestions?

What happens when you double-click on the prefpane file? What OS version are you running?
