Remove label when moving file out of folder

Hi! I just bought Hazel earlier this week and have been testing it out. I like the default rules for labeling files in the Download directory (blue for new files, gray for old files). Now files that I download and move to my Documents / Desktop / whatever are blue. Is there a way to make a rule that removes the label when moving the file out of the Download directory? Thanks

First off, please do not post questions in the Tips forum. There's a sticky article up top indicating not to do this.

If Hazel is doing the moving, then just add an action to strip the label. Otherwise, there's no way for Hazel to act on files that are moved away (unless Hazel happens to be watching the destination as well).
