Copying files to external drive maintaing hierarchy

I'm trying to setup a rule where I want to copy files to a hard drive mounted through my router.

Two requirements here:
I want to maintain the same folder hierarchy in the external drive. Also, when I delete the files on my computer, I don't want to delete them from the external hard drive.

I have tried to use the sync rule but that deletes the file on the external drive when I delete them from my computer. To get around that, I tried to add a condition that only files added in the last day. So, if I were to delete a file off my computer 2 days after I added it, technically it should not delete it from the external hard drive. However, that hasn't worked for me.

You can use the copy action. Search the help for "source folder" as that should do what you want.
