Wait to unrar until all parts complete

So I have a setup where I have torrents that automatically download tv episodes to a particular folder. Then I have a program that looks in that folder and organizes everything in a gui for me to use. The problem is, some of the torrents my program grabs are split up into rar parts. So I was hopping Hazel could help me by auto unrar'ing these when the download finishes. I have two "problems"

1) The folder setup is like this
"TV Episodes" -> "Series Name - Episode Number" -> rars

So everytime a new torrent starts it makes a folder for said episode which is where it downloads the rars. The "TV Episodes" folder is where I choose to download all the episodes too. How can I differentiate with rules properly?

2) How can I get Hazel to wait until all rar parts have downloaded before unraring? Before a part if finished it has a .utpart appended to it.

IIRC, parted rars only have one *rar in the list, but many r01, or r02. You could set a rule to only operate on the rar file extension.

As for the first question, look to the sticky article describing how to get hazel to go into subfolders.
