I've had great success with Hazel detecting that files have been added to folders and sub-folders. However, I need Hazel to run a rule when there is ANY change in the watched folder. This change could be the addition of a new file OR the deletion of a file.

Currently I don't see a way to trigger an action when a file is deleted from a watched folder. :(

When a file is deleted, it modifies the containing folder. If you want to monitor a file being deleted at the top level, you actually should change your top level to be one above that. See my post here for something similar: http://www.noodlesoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1593#p6500
