Run rule on specific subfolder

Hi,

I cannot figure out how to run a rule on a specific subfolder.
I have a bunch of folders which all contain a folder called "foo" to which I want to attach an automator action.

What I did was setting up first a rule to "Go into subfolders" (according to this link viewtopic.php?f=4&t=470).
Now I'm struck because I cannot figure out how to get the folder named "foo". Obviously I cannot get the "foo"folder with an "all conditions" rule asking for "kind is folder" and "name is foo".

Could someone please help?

Create a rule before the one that descends into folders. Have it match against the name "foo" and any other conditions that might identify it, such as the subfolder level.
