Save / Modify Rule issue

Hi I am having an issue where after I have saved a rule, run it and then need to make changes, when I change the rule I don't get the option to save it, if I click away and then click back on the rule it has reverted back to its previous rule.

Am I doing something wrong?

Can you record a video of this happening? Are your rules set up to sync, by chance?

How do I see if I have set my rules to sync?

Do you see an icon with two arrows in a circle next to the folder in Hazel's folder list?
