Moving Files from SubFolders into a new folder

I have a folder which has many subfolders; each subfolder has lots of JPG files. What I want to do is have hazel go all the way in and move those JPG files of only a certain size.

After setting up the rule, I run the preview and Hazel correctly identifies the files. However, when I execute I get error messages indicated that the folder 'folder name' could not be moved. Would appreciate some assistance.

I suspect you are mixing rules for folders with those that act on the files in them. If you still can't figure it out, send me the rules you are using via email (click on the "Contact support" link in the "Info" section.
