Custom List Item Matching Blank

Hi,

Would first like to say that I love this program and would have a steaming pile of unorganized files without it.

I'm using hazel to monitor an intake folder and when it finds a file containing a date and a vendor (which is from an external txt custom list attribute) it renames it and moves into a receipts folder sorted by year and month. It was working fine until I reinstalled OSX. Now more often than not, it is matching the vendor field, renaming it to date-vendor.pdf and moving it. The problem is that when I preview the rule and inspect the line matching vendor it will have a green checkmark but if i click on it, it is blank. I checked and there is not an extra blank line in the txt file. So the file ends up being named "date - .pdf"

Any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
