Error Evaluating Conditions with Filename

It's not my first rodeo with Hazel and I facing a really weird.
Since last week, a lot of my rules starting showing error on evaluating conditions. I did some initial research and realized any rule that depends on Filename, Filename Path or Filename Hidden attributes generate error. Any other rules are working fine and well.
it's not a beginner question. My framework has hundreds of rules organized to work in sync. It's something really weird!!

There's a rede triangle with an exclamation mark beside each condition.

Mr. Noodle any thoughts on this?
