Search text within a PDF and renaming file

Hi all

I thought this was going to be simple, but I can't work it out.

Within the old accounts software each of the invoices were saved as CLIENT_NAME - INVOICE - DATE and I had a rule for each of my clients which checked the save folder and then moved them into a sub-folder with that clients name.

I've just to new software which saves each of the invoices I download are MYCOMPANYNAME_Invoice_T12345.pdf

I need to find a way to rename these so they are changed to CLIENT_NAME - INVOICE - DATE

The client details are listed within the PDF and I would create a rule for each of the clients as I do now.

Is it possible to get Hazel to look in the file check each of the rules to see if the name matches and then rename the file and move it to the new folder?

Yes, you can match on Contents and use patterns to match. Look up "match patterns" in the manual.
