When sort in subfolder Not to create new folder when exists

I have photos and videos that are already sorted into a folder in folder structure Year / Month / Day. So now i have new batch of photos and videos that i want each one of them to be sorted correctly into that same organized folder and same folders structure but it keeps creating new folder of the same year with -1 at the end of its name and not sorting it into the same name.

For example i have a folder where all 2018 pictures are sorted in it so now when i try to sort a new group of pictures to that same folder where folder 2018 exists it creates a new folder named 2018-1. Is there any way to sort them under the original name 2018.

Can you post your rule? You can use a site like imgur.com to host your image if you don't already have a file sharing/cloud service you already use.
