Questions about the Title attribute

I have an older rule where I use the "Title" attribute and I want to understand this attruibute better

1. What exactly does the Title attribute stand for? (I tried to look it up in the Hazel's help, but the Attribute Reference doesn't list it.) Is it an Spotlight attribute? When i do mdls on an arbitrary PDF document Title doesn't seem to come up...

2. If I want to investigate an attribute (for example Title) by what it is set to in the Rule Preview Document, how can I see its value there?

It's a Spotlight attribute. In Hazel's preview, you can click on the green checkmark/red X for that condition to see its value.
