name matches seems broken

I have tried to create a brand new rule where I copy and paste the name of the file directly into the match box, and still no match. If I shorten the name it character by character, it never matches.

file name: my_name_(12345)_12_24_2023_(NA_Regular)_-_Complete.xslx
the anything rule matches
Jason_Crews_(5346356)_{anything} matches, but adding any character after that fials

contains seems to have similar issues

Are you using "Name" or "Full Name"? Can you email the file in to support?

I figured out what was going on.

It was a matter of the preview not recognizing that particular file, not the rule as a whole, so it seems fine now.
